I need a very simple account creator for 1 website, that requires to fill:

Username:
Email:
Password:
Repeat Password:

I will also need Captcha support (manual and automatic both) and Proxy support. It's mandatory to create hundreds of accounts on that site but each time the proxy will change and then it won't be repeated.

EMAIL VERIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED.

There should be an option to change the website (if we want keeping in mind the fields are same)

After creating the software, you will need to pass over all the credit/code whatsoever to me and I shall be the sole owner.

I know it would be a cheap software. Coders please let me know at what price you can make this baby for me.
