MiriamMB 63
If you have a giant bot that you are having trouble compiling because of the size, we need that bot for testing. We are tackling the issue with size so if you have a bot that you think is a perfect example of this issue, send it to us privately at support.ubotstudio.com so that we can take a look. Thanks. BUMP^ To the people who were complaining about not being able to compile their bots because of size issues. Is this not an issue anymore for you or what? this is a chance to get it solved. If not, We will assume the issue is a non issue for now and move on to other important implementations.
Abs* 12
Hi Lilly - I always get an issue with making changes then trying to save as Net66 has noted The compiled part takes a little long but that isnt the issue - making changes to code and then attempting to save is the biggest issue i have faced for a couple of months now thanks
Enigma 78
Working on a account creator that currently has 11 sites.uBot is a true RAM monster that kills your RAM.Current PC i use is an Intel Dual Core 2GHz with 2GB RAM but i get the feeling i'm behind an Intel 486 again. This is seriously driving me nuts. After 10 minutes Windows come up with an error message "uBot is stopped working" and ask me what to do, to search online for the failure, or close the software, etc. http://img4.imageshack.us/img4/254/ubotrameater.png
Luke 18
SOMEBODY SHOULDA PM'D ME! Just found this thread today... You know I would have sent mine in for testing way back when you asked... Anyway, here's my current dilemma: Each and every bot I have saved works. (It may take 10 minutes to compile, but it does so. Whenever a monster bot won't compile, I usually wind up splitting that into 2 smaller bots, so at the current time I do not have a bot that fits the bill. Would you like my biggest current bot? I guess just copying and pasting a few more nodes in it would cross the line...
Luke 18
John, I think most people simply don't see this thread. You should sticky it temporarily in every forum section for 1 week. That ought to get the word out On the topic of thread visibility, I have a lot of problems with the forum layout here. In the other 3 forums I frequent, (And many I don't frequent) all have a button or link somewhere called "New Posts" or "Latest Posts." Clicking said link allows you to see all of the new posts made on the forum in either the last 24 hours to your last visit. The closest thing here on UBot's forum is that crappy 5-post box on the right side of the front page showing the 5 latest post updates. 5. I've been on this forum dozens of times since December 7th, when this thread was started, and not once have I seen this thread, pinned or not, until today. I just am not accustommed to looking at the pins like that... Since there is no Latest Posts section to read through for something that interests me, the only thing I can really do is respond to email replies only. Hence this situation. UBotBuddy 331
On each Topic and Forum there is a button and "Watch Topic" and "Watch Forum". Click on those and that might get you what you are looking for in terms of notification.
Luke 18
On each Topic and Forum there is a button and "Watch Topic" and "Watch Forum".This was a totally new topic though! If it had been appended to my "I LIKE BIG BOTS" thread I would have received that email... And as for watching a whole forum... That's like logging in and browsing the whole forum, right? Way to much info.
Luke 18
Alright, back on the main topic now; I've sent in a ticket including both a copy of a working bot just under the limit, and a broken bot just above it. The Helpdesk software doesn't show me that the attachments got through, but they certainly took their time uploading and there were no errors. Let me know how else I can send these ~8 MB worth of files in if they aren't there now. HTH, Luke
iglow 8
i can tell you that on lets say win 2003 server bots load HALF. so bot seems to work, but when u see what it doesm it skips loads of commands. especially many IF THEN ones.its preety odd and u never know how much it loads. and yes it was tested on a few installations not just one. big bots often dont load fully
