Brutal 164
I will assume this is just a local computer issue, but want to run it by you guys to see if anyone has experienced similar. Recently I went from a win7 pc over to win8.1 pc. Today when I opened ubot and tried to open/select a plugin, ubot near instantly closed (crashed I am guessing) I then tried on ubot5 - same result. Restarted computer - tried on ubot 4 & 5 - same result. When I try to select plugin from the menu, ubot just closes. I thought it might be the latest plugin I bought (the ex-browser) plugin so I went into appdata and deleted the plugin and tried again - still crashes/closes when I try to open the plugin menu. Anyone have any ideas on this?
pash 504
1. Check sure install .Net4.5 2. Remove all plug out of the folder "%appdata%\UBot Studio\Plugins".3. Add plug-ins one by one. Some plug-ins are conflicting.

mrwalt 34
It is the ExBrowser causing this as when I removed it everything went back to normal as I too was experiencing this. I went through everyplugin and the ExBrowser plugin was the one causing Ubot to shutdown for some reason.
Bot-Factory 602
It is the ExBrowser causing this as when I removed it everything went back to normal as I too was experiencing this. I went through everyplugin and the ExBrowser plugin was the one causing Ubot to shutdown for some reason. Then it's not licensed correctly. Please follow the instructions in the licensing video. And if you have issues with the plugin, contact us via the helpdesk. I'm always there to help. Dan
Brutal 164
Ok, I ended up having to remove all plugins - verified that it is the exbrowser plugin causing the issue. It was licensed properly previously and I still see the license file - i'll go ahead and run the license thing again I expect that will clear it up. So overall, not a big deal at all. pacbotter 1
Do you have a help desk?
Bot-Factory 602
Still broken. Having the exact same issue. Every time I try to install the plugin, I get the message "Licensing Issue!" in a popup, just before it crashes. See the image below.Guys.. We have a helpdesk and I'm always replying as fast as I can there. But when you post this kind of stuff, somewhere in the forum. Not even the ExBrowser thread. How am I supposed to find your post? And it won't help to get a faster response just by making it "public". so please guys.. Send in a support ticket. And we will reply within 1 business day and help you to resolve the problem. Thanks a lot for your understanding. Kindest regardsDan
mithcd 4
Additionally, you would also want to disable UAC or run this as an Administrator.
