Local Stylesheets ?

Hey

Just a quick question, 

 

I just wanted to know before i commit to implementing (just in case)

 

I am using a skin made by lazybots (I usually use Darryl's but fancied a change)

 

I have had a few users complaining that a bot is stuck on the "Loading" screen, .. nothing new there, 

however, they have already used some of my other bots with no issues (all using Newgen UI), 

 

after poking around for a while to see if i can improve the loading time and noticed that the skin for this bot is calling 3 stylesheets in the head of the html :

<link href=\"http://maxcdn.bootstrapcdn.com/font-awesome/4.2.0/css/font-awesome.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\">
<link href=\"http://lazybots.com/bootstrap/icons/icon.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\">
<link href=\"http://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/bootstrap-switch/3.2.1/css/bootstrap2/bootstrap-switch.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\">

 

and my question is this, .. 

can i download those files and set them as variables, then send the .css files along with the bot ?

 

 

I have no doubt ill try anyway and figure it out, 

but as i mentioned id rather check before i commit.
