icoder 4
Hi guys so i was trying to make a bot using HTTP plugin to increase views on dailymotion, and i thought it's as simple as GET http request, it turned out wrong i think, am i missing something here? because i tried that out with different proxies, and it does seem to work
Asentrix 17
It isn't very complicated , the proxies are probably banned , blacklisted , marked or dead. There could also be a delay in the time it takes to show views , not too sure though. I suggest looking around for some high quality sock 5's or some google parsed proxies.
HelloInsomnia 1103
It really depends on what you're trying to get. You need to look at the requests that are going on when the video plays. I see this ?action=start request for example so that may have something to do with their counter. But there are many requests going on so you will need to go through them and figure out which one is making the views go up. I don't think it will be as easy as just getting the video page if that is what you are doing. It will more than likely be a different request.

Code Docta (Nick C.) 638
dedicated proxies are best as you don't know who's doing what and where as for fiddling go to the page let everything load then clear everything in fiddler hit play on videoand you may see what you need CD
Asentrix 17
Rather than using fiddler , I highly suggest using Charles HTTP debugger / monitorIt's very simple to use and it's very accurate , you can find the correct request very easily.
