Scheduler: Double Clicking Does Not Bring Up The "schdule Event" Window

Hi all

 

A client of my compiled bot has the right to see and change the schedule of one command. When he opens the ubot scheduler, empties the existing schedule events and series and then tries to create a new event by double clicking, the window "Schedule Event" does not open. The window is not there, nor underneath, nor visible in the task bar. The bot has been sold several times without causing this problem.

The user is on win 8.1

 

Any thoughts anyone?
