Hello.

 

There are a lot websites that show you your local IP. But a lot of them load a full HTML page, or don't allow you to use the data for an application. 

 

I found one, which is very easy to use, very fast and has no limitation:

http://www.ipify.org/

 

Just run a http get agains:

http://api.ipify.org

 

Or if you need a JSON reply:

http://api.ipify.org?format=json
