memyselfmike 2
Hi All I'm wondering if anyone else has come across this same issue which I think might be related to an issue with HTML 5 not using the actual path to a file when uploading. I'm trying to add an image to a tweet by manipulating the upload photo file upload field, but it doesn't work. What I have noticed is that the path to the image is altered to C:\Fakepath\\ etc etc and I'm wondering if that is they key to making it work. Would love to hear if any of the experts on the forum have ever encountered anything like this? Cheers Mike
zenos 13
I made a huge bot for twitter, but I cannot upload pics... This is really annoying, sorry, I have searched a long time with no success
memyselfmike 2
Thanks zenos - it looks like it's doable using http post... the requests are quite similar to those made by the api and the image is transferred with base64 encoding When I get more time I'm going to try for that I'd settle for a browser method for now though - so frustrating!
