When he opens the bot it says http://prntscr.com/6b6864 I did some research and found a trick to just send him the appdata files (so sent him mine) this fixed that issue but now it just crashes soon as he opens it. I made sure he has up to date .Net, flash, and java. All current He is the only one having this issue so its clear its his pc. But how can i help him so i don't have to refund him?
