Ripzch 0
Hello UBot Community.I randomly came across a UBot preview video of some sort on youtube the other day, and I really liked what I saw, So here I am. trying to figure out UBot.. but..In several video tutorials i've watched, that's using the Simple Form, on /playground, they just "take" a element from the interface(the website) and put it onto their "builder".. So, I can't do this? Are you pressing a special button at the same time, how are you draggin? also, The "Selector" does nothing for me. So I can't get really choose any elements on a site to start "building".- A frustrated Newbie ^^PS: I hope ya'll understand what I'm trying to say, Im not native English/American.Thanks in advance! ^^

Ripzch 0
Please make sure you have a .NET framework of 4.5To check, please see here: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/hh925568(v=vs.110).aspx To download the framework, please see here: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30653 After dong so, reinstall UBot Studio and try again to use the selectors and the drag and drop functions. It's telling me that, this framework, or high is already installed on my computer. I've tried reinstalling anyway, but it didn't help. :-( Edit: After looking into it, it appears I have 4.5.2 to be exact. Edited November 28, 2014 by Ripzch

deliter 203
You can play around with the scrape attribute, learn how to make a *wildcard* but really if you want to make decent programs, you need to learn what you are looking at,you could make a scraper to scrape the page with scrape attribute, but if you read the doc text, you could notice logic, those highlited buttons in blue will have the full information that is only revealed when clicked,so you suddenly have a lot more information ie more stuff you could scrape! from reading the document text and build a much better bot This really is important because you might know exactly what information is available on that page as it is a personal project, but if you have clients, multiple clients, you will need to know their and then exactly what information is available on that page
gavind 6
In addition, I also think it's worth the time to check if you have met everything. To run UBot Studio, you need Windows (Windows Vista, 7 or 8), at least 2 GB of Ram, 5 GB of disk space, and the .NET Framework 4.0 and .NET 4.5 for UBot 5.5.
