matabond 1
Hi everyone, I'm new to Ubot studio and I'm still researching stuff about this great program before I buy it. I've watched almost all of the video tutorials and I'm still not sure if I could do everything I need with it, so I will ask here. I’m curious if it is possible to start an ubot program which waits for the email to arrive (or when I receive new email it starts the program) and then acts immediately (the same second) and does some things on the internet. After program has done his things it continues to run and waits for the next email to arrive and so on. If it is possible please tell me how can I do this with Ubot? Also, if I receive two emails at the same time, is it possible to run two instances at the same time? Do you think the standard edition will suffice or I need to buy professional edition to do this? Thanks a lot,Best regards,Matija
Steve 30
Yes, what you are looking for is doable, but not sure about having it "instantly" act at the very second the email arrives. The reason I say this is because you need to have uBot login to the email account and check if there is any new emails. To do this, you'll need to create a loop of some sort that logs in and check the email every X amount of seconds. The point is, it's doable, but might be every few seconds instead of instantaneously. I don't recall all of the features with the Standard edition, but either way, you can always buy one of the plugins that are on the market to have added email functionality. In regards to your question about running 2 instances if 2 emails come in at the same time -- you can have it use threads to do the processing after the email arrives. hope that helps
matabond 1
Thank you for your answer. Ok, every 5 seconds would be also great. Do you think google would mind if I check for my mail so often, every 5 seconds? If I buy standard edition and then I found out that I need professional edition can I just pay the difference between the two editions? Matija
Ptrick125 45
Yes, all the code that you would need is $if and $contains and you could just have it wait 5 seconds between each $while command.

If you wind up buying ubot, send me a pm and I will share my code with you so that you at least have a starting point.
