Has anyone experienced the bot not loading completely?

I have had numerous reports of bots not loading completely. They stop as the bot is contacting ubots servers to see if there are updates to supporting files. It never connects and my users get what you see below.

 

I have tried explicilty allowing it in the antivirus and firewall. That sometimes helps. One time I moved the bot from some obscure drive to the c:\ and that fixed it.

 

There just has never been a consistent fix I can tell my users and was curious if any of you have seen this before.

 

The most recent one is a user who security essentials disabled and i get the bot loaded by deleting the %appdata% ubot studio file and re-downloading the file but then when he updates to a new version it gets blocked again and doesnt load.

 

I would really apprecitate any and all help with this.

1. Uninstall .Net

2. Restart your computer

3. Install .Net from here: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30653

4. Restart your computer

5. Run the bot

6. Make sure you are running the bot as admin.

7.Make sure you have stable internet connection.

Be sure the bot is in an ENGLISH path and do NOT have NON-ENGLISH Characters 

 

for example 

 

C:\Users\Bob\Downloads

 

NOT

 

C:\Users\NON-ENGLISH ( Characters )

 

That happened with me when i am using bots with ( UbotLocker  )
